POLICIES
At CUSTOMPICKUP.COM we want your purchasing experience to be as pleasant and satisfying as possible. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email our customer service department at office@custompickup.com with your concerns. A friendly customer service representative will quickly address any concerns that you may have and rectify any issues.
Damaged Goods
It then becomes the shipping companys responsibility to deliver the package in good condition. Unfortunately we recognize that damages during shipment sometimes occur.
At the time of delivery it is your responsibility to inspect your package before signing or accepting it. If the packaging shows a little damage but you feel that the products inside are probably OK have the driver note the damage to the packaging. If you feel that the products inside are most likely damaged, open the package in the presence of the driver and inspect the products before signing for them . If the products are damaged, we suggest that you refuse the delivery and then contact us immediately at office@custompickup.com. To be able to assist you it is imperative that you follow these guidelines.
Return Policy
CUSTOMPICKUP.COM wants you to be comfortable shopping with us and offers the following liberal return policy.
Products to be returned must not have been installed, be complete, and in original condition.Products may be returned to us within 30 days of shipment to you and must be accompanied by a
Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
Products that are returned without an RGA may be refused.
To obtain an RGA contact our customer service department at office@custompickup.com
Our customer service department will inform you of the address to return the product at that time. Please put the RGA number on the outside of the package to assist us with issuing you the proper refund.
If the return is necessary due to an error on our part we will pay for the shipping back to us and inform you of the shipping method that we require as well as the address to ship the package to.
If the return is necessary due to an error on your part then it will be your responsibility to return the product to us at your expense.

To protect yourself, we suggest that you ship back the product using the most economical method that allows you to track the shipment. We also recommend that you insure the package.
Once we have received the product, we will promptly inspect it, and issue you the proper credit to your card. Sorry, shipping/handling charges incurred are not refundable. All returns not due to an error on our part are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Products
We're sorry but certain products are considered non refundable.
Any special order parts
Any parts that are built to order, such as spring reel assemblys, tailgate extrusions,tonneau covers and replacement tarps, track assenblies, canister covers etc.
Items that are measured and cut from a roll, such as:
Compression boots, accordian boots, bottom door rubber, protective tapes, weatherstripping, bulb seals, trim seal, etc.
We reserve the right to consider any product non refundable for any reason.
Special Policy Regarding Windows and Doors
Due to the fragile nature of truck cap window and doors assemblies we must impose a no return policy on these products. All sales are final! Please take extreme care when ordering complete window and door assemblies to insure that you are choosing the proper door or window for your application.
Defective Products
The customer service representatives at CUSTOMPICKUP.com will assist you in the unlikely event that a product becomes defective. Most products are covered by a manufacturers warranty. Defective products may be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturers warranty terms.

International Orders Policy
Before processing an international order we will notify you of the appropriate shipping/handling charge for your approval. We will attempt to contact you for a shipping/handling charge approval by email. if we do not get a response to the contrary within 24 hours, we will assume that you approve of the shipping/handling charge. We will then process and ship your order.
Rhode Island Sales and Use Tax Notice
Please be advised that pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws 44-18-18 and 44-18-20 sales or use tax is due on taxable purchases made from Tony’s Custom Truckware. If tax was not paid at the time of purchase, the State of Rhode Island requires all customers who use, store, or otherwise consume taxable goods and services in Rhode Island to file a signed use tax return, Form T-205. This form is available on the Rhode Island Division of Taxation’s website (www.tax.ri.gov)
Form T-205 is due on or before the 20th day of each month following the month in which purchases are made, and must be accompanied by a remittance for the amount due. Checks and money orders should be made payable to the Tax Administrator.
